Men tied up by armed gang in Rathgar

The two men were in a house on Brighton Avenue this evening. They escaped unharmed.

TWO MEN WERE tied up by an armed gang in Rathgar this evening.

RTÉ reports that four men, one of whom is believed to have had a handgun, entered a house on Brighton Avenue shortly before 7pm.

Two men who were in the house were tied up but were unharmed. The gang left the scene shortly afterwards and Gardaí have said that nothing appeared to have been taken.
