Poll: Will you pay your water charge bill?

There was resistance to new charges and taxes in the past, so will you protest by withholding payment?

WATER CHARGE PRICES will be announced in or around August according to the Commission for Energy Regulation (CER), with charges set to begin in October.

The first bills will be due in early 2015 but a pricing structure has yet to be decided.

Water charge

It has not been clarified whether these charges will be universal or whether they will be different across various local authorities or whether tariffs for households using larger volumes of water will be applied.

In light of the backlash to other charges such as the household charge and property tax, we want to know in today’s poll: Will you pay your water charge bill?
