Recent figures show a record total of more than 8,492 people homeless in Ireland, including 3,194 children – meaning nearly 1 in 3 people experiencing homelessness is a child. Last year alone, Dublin Simon Community increased their work by 30%, giving a helping hand to 5,100 individuals and families during the toughest of times.
