STATUS YELLOW WIND and rain warnings are set to come into effect in counties Cork and Kerry from midday tomorrowm while a Status Yellow wind warning will kick in for Donegal, Galway, Mayo and Sligo at midnight tonight.
Met Éireann has said potential impacts include difficult travelling conditions, fallen trees and loose debris in the west and north west.
The warning for Donegal, Galway, Mayo and Sligo is due to expire at 2pm on Saturday.
In Cork and Kerry, the forecaster has warned of potential spot flooding, difficult travelling conditions and fallen trees.
Those wind and rain warnings are set to expire at 8pm on Saturday.
