Prices for the three-bedroom semi-detached homes start from €310,000, while the four-bedroom semi-detached homes start at €355,000 for The Dove (semi-detached homes that are 1,582 feet in size).
Each home in Taylor Hill is approached by Kilsaran paved driveways and features beautiful brickwork and render exteriors, spacious rear gardens, a patio and two generous parking spaces.
Inside, the homes boast elegant and stylish decor, with Shaker-style internal doors, fitted wardrobes and stainless steel kitchen fittings. They’re also built with the latest A-rating features including uPVC double-glazed windows, photovoltaic panels and condensing gas boilers.
If you’d prefer the ease of moving into a fully ready and perfectly decorated home, there are two show homes styled by interior designers House and Garden for sale, each with four bedrooms. Both come fully furnished.

At Taylor Hill, you can expect a ready-made community as almost 100 residents have already moved in. Open viewings take place this Saturday and Sunday at 12.30pm to 1.30pm.
Glenveagh will also release more two- and three-bedroom homes in the autumn.
