NEW RESEARCH HAS found that drinking wine before you go to bed can help you lose weight.

Yes, that’s right.

A study carried out by Washington State University and Harvard found that the chemical resveratrol (which is in wine) stops fat cells gaining more fat in the body.

According to the researchers, drinking at least two glasses of wine can help reduce obesity by 70%.
