Man charged over death of Amy McCarthy (22) in Cork
Her body was discovered at a premises earlier this year.
A MAN HAS appeared in court charged in relation to the death of 22-year-old Amy McCarthy earlier this year.
The 26-year-old was brought before Cork District Court charged over the death of mother-of-one McCarthy whose body was discovered at a premises on Sheares Street, Cork on 30 April 2017.
The premises had been used as a squat at different times in the past.
The man had previously been arrested and released without charge and a file had been sent to the DPP.
He is due to appear before the same court next week.
