Delays expected after fatality on northern DART line

The northern commuter line is closed between Howth Junction and Skerries.

SERVICES ON THE DART northern commuter line have been suspended between Howth Junction and Skerries this evening after a fatality on the line at Malahide.

Iarnród Éireann says that the DART from Malahide is operating as far as Howth Junction only and that Dublin Bus is taking tickets.

However the rail operator has warned there will be delays for sometime and that passengers are advised to seek alternative travel arrangements or else to delay their journey.
