LOCATED IN THE heart of the thriving seaside village of Rush and just a few minutes’ drive from the beach is Knightsgate, a brand new development from Glenveagh Homes.
This weekend sees the first launch of large, energy-efficient, 3-bedroom family homes that start from €330,000. The show house will be open to the public on Saturday 23 March and Sunday 24 March, 11am – 1pm.
The houses are in what many first time buyers would consider to be the perfect location – along the picturesque Dublin coast, just minutes from the village and within an hour’s commute of the city.
This first phase consists of 36 houses of predominantly 3-bedroom, semi-detached homes but also includes 3-bed detached and extended 3-bed semi-detached (with an extra room on the ground floor). The final development will feature 129 homes in total.
Homes at Knightsgate are between 1,235 square feet (3-bed semi-detached) and 1,350 for the extended 3-bed semi-detached homes. The detached homes are 1,333 square feet.
Each house features an open-plan kitchen and dining area with French doors that open onto the back garden. You can also expect shaker-style kitchens with soft close doors and feature islands, along with double-glazed, uPVC windows throughout.
The master and second bedroom in each also feature shaker-style fitted wardrobes and each home has an air-to-water heating system that is thermostatically controlled to maximise your comfort.
The brand new development is located just a few minutes’ stroll from the heart of Rush village, and only 500m from Tesco, with a new road opening in a matter of weeks connecting Park Road to Brook Lane.
Built adjacent to the historic wooded grounds of Kenure Gate with rolling lawns and mature trees, Knightsgate combines the draw of seclusion with the convenience of urban living.
The area of Rush is well-connected by public transport, with a regular commuter train service of over 20 trains to Grand Canal Dock each weekday, along with a number of bus routes to the city, Drogheda and Dublin Airport.
The bustling village is also only 10 minutes from the M1 motorway, providing close access to Dublin Airport, the M50, the Port Tunnel and the city. To register your interest, contact selling agent REA Grimes on (01) 8490 129 or click here.
