GARDAÍ HAVE SEIZED over 50k worth of drugs and arrested one man in an operation targeting suppliers in the Kildare area.

Shortly after 11pm on Friday night, officers stopped a man in his 30s on St Mary’s Park in Leixlip. The man was searched and Gardaí discovered a quantity of illegal drugs; MDMA with a street value of €35,000 and cannabis with a street value of €20,000.

The man was arrested and is being held at Leixlip Garda Station and has been charged to appear at Court No.2 in the Criminal Courts of Justice at 10.30am on June 2nd 2018.
