Young man pronounced dead after motorbike crashed into wall

It happened at Ballinaclough, Pallasgreen, Co. Limerick at around 3.30pm.

A MAN IN his 30s has died after the motorcycle he was driving crashed into a wall in Limerick.

It happened at Ballinaclough, Pallasgreen, Co. Limerick at around 3.30pm.

There was no other vehicle involved in the crash.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene and his body has been removed to University Hospital Limerick where a post mortem examination will be carried out tomorrow.

The road at the scene of the collision is closed pending an examination of the area by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and diversions are in place.

It comes after a young man was killed in a Dublin crash involving two motorcyclists yesterday evening and a teenage boy was killed in a hit-and-run in Coolock last night.
