TFI Friday returned to television and made everyone feel wonderfully nostalgic

TONIGHT, TFI FRIDAY returned to Channel 4 for a one-off special in honour of its 21st anniversary.

Chris Evans returned as host and he was joined by the likes of Blur, Jeremy Clarkson, Shaun Ryder, Liam Gallagher and more.

(He was also joined by Nick Grimshaw, whom he endorsed as host should the show be recommissioned. Hmm…)

It was a veritable 90s bonanza and left everyone with a case of the ~feels~

Everyone was immediately transported back in time

Some people had to pinch themselves just to make sure the last 21 years weren’t just a dream

And everyone got incredibly nostalgic for the 1990s.

Of course it made people wonder where the time went at all

And perhaps some people got a bit emotional…

Not least when Blur came on and performed 1990s anthem Coffee & TV

In short, Chris Evans needs to come back to television immediately

We missed you, Chris.
