GOOD EVENING

The 5 at 5 5 minutes, 5 stories, 5 o’clock…

EACH WEEKDAY EVENING, TheJournal.ie brings you five things you should know before you head out the door.

1. #LIMERICK: The body of a young woman has been found in the River Shannon as part of the search for missing 15-year-old Chloe Kinsella which has now been stood down.

2. #NSFW: TheJournal.ie has learnt that there were over 1,800 attempts to access pornographic websites in Leinster House over  a four-month period. None of these applied to TDs, Senators or their staff, however, because their browsing history is not kept.

3. #LIAM ADAMS: THE PSNI will re-examine the transcripts of evidence given at the trial which convicted Liam Adams of raping and sexually abusing his daughter. This will include the testimony of his brother – Sinn Féin leader Gerry Adams.

4. #SHOOTING: A house in Drogheda with two women and five-children inside was shot at a number of times last night.

5. #REFERENDA: Turnout is reported as low in the two referanda being held today. Polls in the votes to abolish the Seanad and establish a Court of Appeal remain open until 10pm.
