A missing persons alert was issued yesterday.

A MAN REPORTED missing in Cork last month has been located safe and well, gardaí have confirmed.

A missing persons alert was issued yesterday in connection with the 48-year-old man, who had last been seen in Cork City on 12 October.

In an update this afternoon, gardaí reported that he had been located.
