PARTING SHOT
Music-industry power couple Beyoncé and Jay Z have set a new standard for music video venues. The video to their new song ‘Apeshit’ is set in the Louvre Museum and shows the superstar singers draped in extravagant clothing standing dangerously close to famous artworks – including the Mona Lisa.
It’s a stunning video, and raises an interesting debate about ethnic diversity in the art and music industries. You can watch the video here (the sound is optional, to be honest).
