DEEP BREATHS. IN and out. The dreaded LC is just a few hours away, and while you may feel like cramming into the wee hours of the morning, it’s not advised.
Instead, close the books.
What your brain has absorbed over the last two years should be enough. A couple of hours won’t make any difference.
So, what should you do with your evening?
Relax.
Put those books away and do what makes you happy and calm.
The Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and ReachOut said there are a number of ways to keep your stress in check and performing well.
Eat a good meal tonight.
Think of this car analogy – a car won’t run without petrol in it. Protein and lots of greens.

Get moving
“Exercise will help to relieve some of the build-up of stress and improve your mood. Walk the dog, cycle or anything that gets you active.” Grab those runners.
A bubble bath is one way to start your relaxation this evening.
Listen to some mellow music. Try these relaxation music playlists on Spotify.
Most important. Get some sleep.
The PSI recommends at least 8 to 10 hours before the big day. Lights off by 10.30pm.
If all else fails, just chill and watch these waves.
Remember, it’s not the be all and end all in life.
