MONDAY MORNINGS CAN be pretty depressing, but you can’t deny stepping out in this sunshine today put a smile on your face.
There’s barely a cloud in the sky over Ireland at the moment and it’s set to stay that way today and tomorrow (fingers crossed).
Met Éireann’s forecast is short and sweet – “dry and warm today, with good spells of sunshine in most places”.
Temperatures are set to reach 23 degrees today, so if you can, get out and enjoy it on your lunch break or head somewhere for a dip after work.
Tomorrow is forecast to be even better, with top afternoon temperatures reaching between 19 and 25 degrees Celsius. The sunshine will be more hazy tomorrow, however.
There is also a risk of some thundery, heavy showers along Atlantic coastal counties tomorrow.
After Tuesday, the weather is going to be more unsettled with a risk of showers, and temperatures will fall back to the high teens.
So, grab the sunscreen and get out there.
