Man arrested and gun seized in Finglas

The man was searched today at 12.15am.

GARDAÍ SEIZED A gun and component parts today following the search of a man in his 30s in Finglas.

Criminal activity

As part of an ongoing operation targeting criminal activity in the Dublin West area, gardaí searched the 33-year-old man in Finglas this morning at approximately 12.15am.

The man has been arrested and is currently detained at Finglas Garda Station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939-’98.
